Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship the Product

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the pillow is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
